In-person play mode — the "hand-out-your-phone" version of the game you described, with friends tapping their phones to witness your spot. New In-Person tab, separate stats from the chat version.
Cross-mode home dashboard — at-a-glance view of both modes, big quick-spot buttons for your most-recent items.
Richer confirmation rules — admin-can-confirm path, configurable random-confirmer threshold, vote takeback window, 24-hour auto-confirm fallback.
Tiered push notifications — high-priority for the current crown holder, normal for the rest of the group.
Optional comments and personal photos on spots, so you can really tell the story of the sighting.

Spot it. Claim it. Wear the crown.

A hi-fi interactive prototype covering the full MVP: home, group detail, activity, the Spot! flow (capture → multi-group claim → celebration), create-group wizard, head-to-head rivalry, and profile. Two side-by-side devices so you can drive the crown-thief flow on one and watch the victim's home update on the other.
